My latest book: Twin Wolves: Balancing risk and reward to make the most of AI
The other day I noted that companies need to measure AI success and not simply track AI adoption .
To add to that:
▶️ In order to track success, you need to understand what success looks like.
▶️ In order to determine what success looks like, you need to have a plan.
▶️ In order to have a plan, you need to develop AI literacy and spot use cases.
Point being: a successful AI transformation starts at the top of the org chart and requires up-front work. If you've skipped over the prep work, you'll feel good in the short run but reality will eventually catch up to you.
