Say it ten times

A couple of weeks ago, I told a room to manage their AI risk. Ten times.

Sort of. I explained the value of taking a risk-focused approach to AI adoption, then offered ten ways to do just that. It's all about balancing the hunt for upside opportunities while avoiding downside losses.

The secret is to be deliberate in your efforts. Develop a strategy, track projects, review outcomes.

Why do I prefer this way? ▶️ Because it works. ◀️

And, importantly, ▶️ because other ways do not work. ◀️

A lot of companies prefer the scattershot approach, where they hand everyone Claude licenses and tell them to have at it. Others sit on the sidelines and don't touch AI at all.

Both are losing out. The first group burns time, money, and team morale. The second group misses out on what AI has to offer.

If you want AI that works you want to take the risk-focused approach.
